All players must be at least four years old to play and eye protection/glasses must be properly worn at all times. Children under the age of five must be accompanied by an actively engaged adult on the field.

Pups of War indoor arenas require all players to wear Pups of War sold socks to be worn when playing. Pups Of War Socks are for players to keep after purchase and reusable for repeat visits. 

Yes, you can bring your own Nerf Blaster. However, all blasters must be used in a semi auto manner only and may be tested to ensure it meets our requirements for public field use. Don’t have your own Nerf Blaster? No problem – we have a large assortment of Nerf Dart Blasters included with your entry for you to use while at the field!
Please leave your ammo at home.  We'll provide unlimted ammo for your use while you are here.  Remember, we only provide Rival ball, Mega and Standard dart ammo. Also if you bring your own blaster please keep it in a backpack or garbage bag until you enter our store!

Yes, Walk-In players are welcome any time we are open and do not have a private event. Follow us on social media as we post any adjustments to our weekends Walk-In schedule.

We have all the ammo you will need for your battles!  it's impossible to distinguish between yours and ours so leave yours and forget about the after game clean up!!!

Yes, you can bring cake and or cupcakes when booking a party. No outside food or drink is allowed with the exception of cake or cupcakes.

Yes, you will have a staff member help you bring your gift, cake, or cupcakes to the party room.  Our team will set up the room with tablecloth and plates. Our team members will serve your guest pizza, get any additional drinks you may need to order, and clean up/ clear the plates after pizza. Our team members will also cut the cake and serve your guest any cake or cupcakes you provide.

Yes, additional players can be added to any party party package for $38 Per Player and  Includes: (1x POW Socks, 1x large slice of pizza, 1x bottle of water, and 1x juice box) the cutoff to order additional players for your party  and have us provide pizza, drink, safety socks, and arena access is the Wednesday before your event. For all other parties, the cutoff to add additional players is 24hr before your event. . However, we can not guarantee/provide (pizza) for additonal players added the day of the party.

Yes, you can order/purchase additional drinks during your party; just like you would order in a restaurant. However, food must be ordered ahead of time. If your party is on a Saturday or Sunday, cutoff to order additional food items for your party is the Wednesday before your event. For all other parties, the cutoff to order additional food items is 24hr before your event. (We can not guarantee or provide same day food orders) 

All participating and non-participating guests entering the party room are required to wear PUPSOFWAR safety socks. Your  party package includes a specified fixed number of safety socks and any additional safety socks will be $3.75 each (any of your non participating guest that enter the party room will be given POW Safety Socks and the $3.75 per guest POW Safety Sock charge will be added to your balance owed for any guest that enter the party room.  No shoes are allowed in the arena or party room.

Yes, all participating and non-participating guests who will be entering the party room must complete the digital waiver & wear, eye protection , and POW Safety Socks. Please have your guest do this prior to arriving at the arena, via the link provided in your order confirmation, as this will greatly expedite and streamline the check in process.

The party host should arrive at our location 20 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time and have your guests arrive 10 minutes before the party start time. This will ensure that the check in process is completed before the start of your party in order to maximize your play time. Your participants are able to enter the arena and start playing up to 10 minutes before your party's scheduled start time.

We offer a 1 time free date change providing you notify us via email, select the new date, and receive a reply with the new date confirmation, 7 Days prior to the originally scheduled party date. There is a $50 per date change fee for any additional date changes or rescheduling with in 7 Days of the originally scheduled event date. Any date changes on the day of the scheduled event will be subject to a $100 minimum Fee & additional set up and food fees. Fees will be calculated based on the cost of food provided and any additional food ordered*
